Introducing the FENRIS II ALUMINIUM Quad Sticks
Providing a rock-solid shooting platform with a huge variety of possibilities regardless of the terrain and shooting positions.
The Mjoelner Hunting Quad Sticks can be used standing, kneeling or sitting, thanks to the cleverly designed “cam” system – meaning the cradles will always remain solid regardless of what height you’re shooting at.
The Mk II Quads have been simplified and now come with 4 extension tubes for you taller guys – adding an extra 12cms (approx 5″) to the overall length of each leg.
Features:
- Ergonomic Contoured silicone handgrips provide a nonslip comfortable hold and also prevent any “clatter” from the legs when stalking.
- Silicon covers on the cradles provide a secure and silent support for your rifle.
- Silicone gun straps secures your gun in waiting situations and makes target switching fast and easy.
- Paracord foot strap / loop allowing hands free operation meaning you can stand and wait and have both hands free for calling / scanning with thermal or binos.

£100 does sound pretty expensive for a bit of Ali tubing and plastic, but to be fair these sticks work well. Lightweight, so extremely easy to carry. I’ve only used them once so still need to perfect my deployment speed but confident with practise it’ll become second nature. The front strap that wraps around the forend is probably unnecessary as you wouldn’t want any pressure on the barrel when taking a shot, and would be more of a hindrance to remove before taking that shot. The rear strap holds my heavy centrefire in place more than adequately whilst utilising the string under my boot so enabling hands free support of rifle. The string works well but can wrap around the sticks whilst carrying them which makes deployment a little trickier, although like I said, with practice I should find a way of negating this issue. In use they are very supportive and gives me a solid platform. The feet dig in well to most surfaces so you shouldn’t have an issue with them slipping. The sticks struggle a bit with flexing when opened wide for sitting shots, maybe in future mk3 versions they should sacrifice some weight saving with heavier gauge tubing to prevent this?
I finished mine off with a camo wrap so they look pretty funky now also:-) All in all I’d recommend these to fellow shooters, they’d score a 5 out 5 if they could address that flex in the fully opened stance.
Thanks also to all the team at best fox call for a very speedy delivery of these once they were back in stock-cheers:-) Hopefully you guys get that delivery of the Z Aim sling soon as I believe that would really accompany the sticks well.
