1. Shipping.
We aim to send Orders within 2 working days. When the order has been shipped you will receive a despatch email to say it’s on its way. If you haven’t received one in you inbox please check your junk mail folder before contacting us. All orders are sent via Royal Mail (or Parcelforce if the item is big). Standard delivery to the UK takes between 1 and 3 working days. Some items may need to be signed for. Deliveries to the Rest of the World take between 5 and 7 working days. These delivery times have been provided by the Royal Mail and are only estimates. All prices on our website include standard UK shipping costs. The larger items are sent via Parcelforce so these standard delivery times may vary. We are currently not shipping to Europe due to issues with customs payments, but you can order many of are products from our eBay site and they will be shipped to Europe on our behalf by eBay.
The address information provided by the customer is the exact same address we send the order to. If you or we discover the address is wrong after the order has been despatched you will be asked to pay a small postage fee towards the cost of re-shipping your order.
For those orders that have been returned to BestFoxCall by Royal Mail for whatever reason (possibly, due to the fact delivery was attempted but didn’t happen for some reason and the item was taken back to the sorting office and not collected from there by the customer. Or the delivery address was wrong and wasn’t delivered). BestFoxCall reserves the right to charge for extra postage when sending the order again.
For Overseas orders – if it is not delivered to you within a period of 2 to 3 weeks (or the time frame given by Royal Mail) BestFoxCall reserves the right not to replace the item until 20 days from delivery has passed as this is the time stipulated by Royal Mail we have to wait before we can make a claim for the lost item.
2. Returns Policy
We hope you will be fully satisfied with any product you have purchased from the Best Fox Call website. But in the unlikely event there is a problem and you think it may be necessary to return the product to us then please contact us first at this email address: rob@bestfoxcall.co.uk. The email will be answered as soon as possible. If we cannot fix the problem and ask you to return the product to us then please follow these instructions:
If you are not completely satisfied with your product then please return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of delivery.
We will provide a full refund or replace Best Fox Call Mouth Calls as long as your returned item/refund meets with the following criteria:
- We will only refund/exchange Best Fox Call Mouth Calls in unopened packages as opened packages imply the mouth caller has been used and cannot be resold for health purposes. Therefore we will NOT refund or exchange on Best Fox Caller returns if they have been used or the package opened.
Remember – We will ONLY refund/exchange Best Fox Call Mouth Calls in unopened packages. - All returned Best Fox Call Mouth Calls must be accompanied by your name, address, email address and reason for return. We will not accept items marked ‘POSTAGE DUE’. We will NOT refund the returns postage
- The returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us. You should return any product to us via Royal Mail to the address given below with suitable insurance based on the value of the product. This means that the full value may be recovered by you if the product is lost or damaged. You should retain any receipt confirming the return. If returned products are lost we will not accept liability for them.
- Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 7 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
- You will be responsible for the charges incurred in returning an item to us unless we agree to reimburse you elsewhere in these terms.
- Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
- You the Customer are solely responsible for inspecting the product upon delivery. You must contact Best Fox Call should you wish to inform us of damaged, defective or missing goods and/or delivery discrepancies within 48 hours of your delivery being made. - Where applicable we will issue a refund or replacement, whichever you prefer. This will be done as soon as possible after the Returned goods have been received by Best Fox Call and processed to ensure a refund or replacement is required. A refund or replacement will not be issued until we have received the goods back in their original or delivered state.

3. Duties outside of Europe
Your package may be subject to customs tax once it arrives in your country. These extra charges are forms of tax that are not included with Best Fox Call prices or our shipping charge. They will be collected from you directly when the packages is delivered, and it will be your responsibility to complete the payment in order to receive your order. As the customs office applies the customs charges randomly on arriving parcels, we are not able to predict or control it on our end.
4. Miscellaneous
The use of this site constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and our Policy on Privacy and Use of Information as at the date of your first use.
You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes, and in a manner, which does not infringe the rights of Best Fox Call or any third party or the use and enjoyment of the site by any third party.
Best Fox Call shall in no event be liable for any damages including, without limitation, indirect or consequential damages, whatsoever arising from or in connection with the use or loss of use of the site, or any content on the site.
Best Fox Call can change these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting changes online. Your continued use of this site after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Best Fox Call does not guarantee that the site’s facilities and functions will be free from error or uninterrupted, that the site or the server that makes it available to you are free of viruses or bugs, that defects will be corrected, or that the content on the site is accurate or complete.
Best Fox Call takes no responsibility for the content of external Internet Sites linked to or cited on this site.
Any communication or material (including without limitation any data, questions, comments and suggestions) that you transmit to, or post on any public area of this site (including without limitation chatrooms, forum, bulletin boards), will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary information unless otherwise stated by Best Fox Call We reserve the right to remove without notice any material posted in any public area of the site.
If you purchase items from Best Fox Caller you have the right to cancel within 24 hours from the time you place your electronic order.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions in full, you must stop using this site immediately. We reserve the right to prevent you accessing this site, without prejudice to any of our other rights, if we consider that you have contravened our Policy on Privacy and Use of Information or any of these Terms and Conditions.

5. Damaged, Defective or Faulty goods.
- Any product supplied to you must be used for its intended purpose and not be subject to abuse or unreasonable usage. Damage to goods in postage can be claimed from the carrier’s insurance.
- Best Fox Call or our authorised agent will repair or replace any product that has failed in normal usage and will reimburse the costs of returning the goods to us, and subsequently retuning the goods to you, as long as the product has been used as intended and does not, on examination, display any signs of misuse.
- If the product does display signs of misuse, then you will be responsible to pay our costs and expenses of examining the goods and subsequently, if you instruct us to, returning the goods to you.
6. Warranty
Your ICOtec products are warranted to be free of material defects and workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase. In the event of a defect under this warranty, we will, at our option, repair or replace the product, provided that you return the product postage prepaid. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper handling, installationor maintenance provided by someone other than an authorised service contractor. Any return made under this warranty must be accompanied by the items listed below:

b. An explanation of the defect
c. Proof of purchase with date of purchase
d. Product should be well packed in a sturdy shipping carton and sent, subject to the criteria listed under the Returns Policy (see above), to the address below:

6. Discount Coupons and Discount Codes
Discount coupons and codes are discretionary, provided by Best Fox Call as a gesture of goodwill and are for use one time only. Only one discount coupon/code can be used per order and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion/discount code/coupon. Discount codes/Coupons have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Best Fox Call reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions under which discount coupons/codes are issued at any time.
